Quick auto suggestion question

Do I repeat the "mantra" in my head, or out loud?

are talking about when you are going to sleep, or just throughout the day?

either and both. My mantra is "I will realize when I'm dreaming"

during the day, i usually say them out loud (if i'm alone of course) and maybe its just me, but I don't think i could fall asleep talking to myself. When I do autosuggestion at night, its in my head. Like I said, it's probably difficult trying to sleep while talking to your self.

You are supposed to say the mantra to yourself in your head. This is most effective as a test run throughout the day, because when you go to sleep at night you are not going to be able to keep talking out loud and expect to fall asleep. So the answer to your question put simply is in your head.
