Dreams of Lucid Dreaming

I have dreams where I'm Lucid dreaming. Sometimes I'm awake and talk to some people about some lucid dream I have. But mostly I'm on a field and ask my self, am I dreaming? Then theres random scenes of watching myself dreaming in third person and watching my dream in first person. Normally I'm in a field of flowers. I have no control at all. But when I'm in the field and I'm in third person, it seems like my body and myself acts like I would. So mostly is a dream where I watch myself have a lucid dream.

I had one of those last night, my first sign of my brain becomming concious of lucidity during a dream. i dreamt that i was handcuffed to a police car then the police women flew away and my gf was standing next to me, she was like wtf ? (i dont have a gf) and then i like deformed my hand and pulled it out of the handcuff. i think this nearly made me lucid cos of all the dream signs present i.e a gf i dont have, my ability to rearrange my hand, flying police women, etc but i woke up
