I've been experimenting with a few different things and started thinking about the possibilities of combining VILD and WILD together. In theory, im thinking that focusing on a visualation of your objectives,and also waking up 4 or 6 hrs after sleep would yield some results |

yeah, WILD Is a broad term, as you know it stands for Wake Initiated Lucid Dream. so it describes any technique that you use to go from being awake to dreaming without losing consciousness. as mentioned, a VILD is a type of WILD, and so is a DEILD (even though your only awake for a few seconds). |

To complicate the matter further, VILD is a technique that can result in either a DILD or a WILD. |

And there are two VILDs too. That's why I call the WILD version V-WILD. |
