Hey,

I've only had a lucid dream once before, and it was a DILD. However, I didn't even know lucid dreaming was possible then. Now however, I'm pretty sure WILD is my best bet for having a lucid dream. It hasn't worked for me yet though. I lay down and relax. I focus on relaxing every part of my body from my toes up to my head. Then I just lay there and focus on something relaxing, like laying on a beach or something. Now, I'm not sure what to do from there. I just relax, while focusing on something, but I always fall asleep and wake up the next morning frustrated. I'm a fairly heavy sleeper (I have to put my alarm clock close to my bed, and have the radio come on full blast right in my ear to wake me up. I can vaguely remember times I have tried to WILD, and as I was drifting off, I remember seeing wierd lights and patterns a few times. Can anyone help me on what to do after just relaxing and on clearing my mind. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated too. I remember some of my dreams, but I can really remember them when I really tell myself I need to remember them and write them down.

Also, I read where someone put a cloth over their face, and the external stimulus helped them WILD. Anyone think this would help me? If so, any ideas besides a cloth over my face?
