Personal problem (but would really appreciate some insight)

So I log on to here from time to time. Usually when I have a question. I'm assuming people here have some sort of reason why they put a lot of emphasis on their dreams and that is why I have come to you.

I have been going through a lot of personal problems lately and in my dreams I have a pattern of blacking out in my dreams. I'll try to explain this a little better. While I am in a dream I "lose consciousness" when I try to tell someone what I've been going through. The people I tell are people I know in real life. When I try to tell them I fall on the ground and feel like I have a huge headache. I see black and then I am on the ground. I am unable to tell them anything significant. It really bothers me.

I'd like to know what you think this means.
Why does it seem so hard to wake up now and see who we really are?

Was this happening before your personal problems began, or is this the personal problem you are talking about?(the blacking out in dreams thing).

The first thing that comes to my mind is that your problem in real life(if there is one) includes other people, perhaps discussing something with someone. You could try talking to someone in real life about it, try to resolve it if its the kind of problem that can be resolved by talking.

I dont know if im even on the same page as you, but from what you have posted this is what I think.

I think it's a sign of keeping to yourself.

Well from what you told me you have personal issues at the moment and they are coming up in your dreams. I think that its showing that YOU don't want to talk to anyone try to talk to someone in real life. In your dreams you are restricting yourself. Or try to get a diary and pour it out there because the reason these things are ocming up is that you haven't let it all out before you go to sleep you mind should be somewhat settled afte you write.

      Hope I helped!
