      house episode

the other day there was an episode on house and there was like a lot of lucidness. they never really mentioned lucid dreaming but house was hypnotized at first and he started over dosing on his medication to get them but they were more like hallucinations but it seemed that he was in a concious dream state.

apparently he was trying to think back to like the night before or something when he was drunk and he was trying to remember something important that happened in a bus accident he was involved in

he did have an actual lucid dream though that he even question someone else if it was going in the wrong direction

i don't know... has anyone else seen it?

Yep. I saw that those episodes too. There was another episode recently that had to do with dreams as well (a small part of it). There was also an episode a few seasons back where House was stuck in a dream IIRC. I'm guessing at least one of the writers has a fascination with dreams.

lol yeah. well i looked at the credits and there was like 3 docs. whom i think wrote the script. i saw the one episode where that guys was having a hallucination and acting it out and houses friend (forgot his name) asked if he was dreaming and house replied "no REM" although i think most of us know that REM causes paralysis to keep us from acting out our dreams.
