Exclamation was this a near WILD?? or was it a WILD??

Ok so i tryed to WILD last nite, many of you know me, and for those of you that dont, i used to LD alot, and it was so easy, the first time i found out about LDing i had 5 Dreams 2 LD none controlled, i then lost my aspiration... to LD, mainly because i got to busy with life, i think i wanted to LD to finally say goodbye to my grandmother who died about 2 months ago... anyways

i've recently tryed to regain aspiration to want to LD so far its OK... i have the basics but i just keep forgetting to do RC's because i have bipolar and it messes up my memory....

i dont WILD with the WBTB i just WILD when i go to bed, i layed in bed last nite (prettty tired) and did the whole WILD thing (i usually breath in then breath out with a humming noise from my voicebox to keep my brain concious) i did it for about 5 minutes, my legs started going numb, it felt like someone was sitting on them or a giant slabstone of concrete was on them... i then felt my hands etc go numb now during this course i had a few distractions (coughs, shooting pain in my back and a unrelaxed left arm) i was worried because my heart was racing and my left arm felt numb, wasnt sure weather it was a heart attack (bare in mind im only 17) or it was just general numbness, i then finally got back to being numb, felt a few wierd things EG: my legs felt like someone was slowly pulling me off the bed and pushing me back on, nothing else moved, i had a few muscle jerks throughout my body simuntaniously. then i stopped humming as i was breathing, my heart began to race and i wasnt sure weather i was dreaming or awake, the whole time i was WILDing after my body was numb i closed my eyes tight and tryed my hardest to picture something, somewhere, nothing... then pictures randomly started popping up infront of me, i had no idea they where there untill i fully woke up.... but i closed my eyes again and i could see an imprint of my brain on my eyelids, but you know when you close your eyes and the imprint on your eyes lids are usualy flashing spirals (looks like your going down a tunnel) its usualy just black an white but my brain looked browny pink on my eye lids... i then fell asleep had a few dreams (dont remember alot about em apart from one where i could hear this music playing and i wanted it played different... then i woke up

was this a WILD or a near?? can someone tell me what im doing wrong (i dont do WBTB because i sleep heavily alot as im a late sleeper, and the alarm wouldnt wake me up..)

Agreed with hypnogogic imagery but I'm not so sure if you were near WILDing. Those are common things when you go to bed; hypnogogic imagery, muscle jerks, numbness etc. If you can manage to see one stable and clear image, then it would be a near WILD. You just need to pull yourself in that image once you see it then.

On the contrary, what I meant is that those images appear everytime you go to sleep. You need to sleep 4-5 hours in order to successfully WILD. So these expriences you told are not WILD. Those images are so fast that you can't even recognize them sometimes. Sleeping 4-5 hours increases chances of success dramatically. Try it then you'll see how different it is.

"i closed my eyes tight and tryed my hardest to picture something, somewhere, nothing... " You said "nothing" because that state of mind (a stable and clear image) occurs when you sleep enough.

Just in case you are worried about having a heart attack--don't, it happens to me every night. (Your heart starts beating really fast.) I also have felt as if I am being moved around (usually flipping).

It worked... i think, not to the point i wanted to , ok i tryed to sleep all nite but thoughts runing through my head kept me awake, everytime i go asleep i DO wild (weather its a WBTB or just a basic going to bed) it helps me sleep quicker, anyways, i went to bed around 10, 11, i finally got to sleep about 2, 3, or infact i think it was 4? i had my alarm set for half 8, i woke up 20 past 8 by myself, switched me alarm of so i wasnt disturbed, then WILDed, i got half way their, maybe even 75% then i was uncumfy so i went to my side and WILDed i fell asleep, first dream i have no idea ( i know what it was about but i had no idea why i had that sort of dream ) then i managed to catch one of my FA's, i lay in bed, gripped my nose and took a deep breath in and exhaled IT WORKED!, so i got out of bed, spun around (heres the funny part) my whole room spun, it was making me dizzy, it was like i was loosing it, so i quickly began to spin again, this time spining slower and slower instead of just stopping, i managed to get the dream back, i then rubbed my hands together, sat down at my pc (no idea why) then began playing a game? it was as if the whole of my dream was not lucid, i sat at my desk, logged into some wierd birds eye view game and i could hear myself thinking, great, im finally lucid, im going to fly, my avatar on the game flew, and drove a farari (no idea why? lmao) but i then got off my pc, thinking remember im lucid (no idea weather i was or wasnt) then i went out of my room (i think the lecky ran out ((electricity)) so i went into my dads room to get him to turn it back on...) i thought to myself, hold on, this is a door, i mayaswell try summon my DG, i opend the door and my dad was standing on the other side "not what you expected" he said.... i was stunned and confused, he went downstairs, switched the lecky back on, i then said i would take him to some place, took him to a big warzone :S, fought a army in a ship (like of medal of ohnour or something, i flew about the city (whatever it was) then i had some big cube saying I've hacked into your dreams, i will destroy you, then i started using my mind and dropping cars on it, i destroyed it and it said something you live up to your name...., all i wanted to do as lucid was kill people and start a war lmao....??

First of all I'm confused a little bit

"everytime i go asleep i DO wild (weather its a WBTB or just a basic going to bed) it helps me sleep quicker" ??? What helps you sleep quicker ?

"switched me alarm of so i wasnt disturbed, then WILDed, i got half way their, maybe even 75% then i was uncumfy so i went to my side and WILDed i fell asleep" ??? Why did you use "WILD" ? I think you are using WILD (Acronym) in wrong sentences.

By the way the dream you are talking about is a DILD. Congrats

Thanks for the congrats, and i allways put my body to sleep before i go to bed if you get me... it makes me alot tireder?.... and also, i was about 50, 75% like, it felt like it was strong on me and not long to go untill i was asleep, but i felt something uncumfortable so i changed positions, carried on and fell to sleep.
