Exclamation The only time i have LD's anymore is when i catch a FA... Help?!

Ok so i've realised this morning the only time i actually become lucid in dreams is catching my FA's, i tend to have em once or twice a week, i allways do rc checks when i go to bed, when i open my eyes and when im in bed, sometimes at my desk but most of my dreams are in random places i've never even been to?, like last nite it was in a giant box which inside was a sub-urban city with a giant boulevard going right down the middle of it, i was in a high speed chase.... and the other i was in some warzone like hell on earth or something? and also my DG is allways different??? any explinations???

While it is good that you catch your FAs (so many people don't) it sounds frusterating. Are you keeping a DJ that you can use to identify some dream signs? Often fear or another emotion is a dream sign. Once you find some dream signs do RCs whenever you encounter them in your waking life. If you DON'T encounter then in waking life practice RCing by vividly imagining them and then RCing. Good luck!
