I've come down with a bad cold this past week as well. Besides interrupting my sleep through multiple waking and coughing, it hasn't dampened my dream recall much. In fact, since I'm waking up often through the night, you could even say it's improved it.

If you're dutiful enough to record your dreams throughout the entire night, then you'll be perfect. Unfortunately for me, I'm usually too exhausted to write down, or make much of an effort to remember my dreams, usually leaving me with only faint recollections.

Having a fever has always given me extremely repetitive and annoying dreams that don't make any sense.
