Thread: Panic!!!

Once before I new about lucid dreaming.

I took a nap on the couch. Right well this is what happened.

I was really sick that month from colds and throat infections.

I fell asleep then before I knew it I was getting chased by a yellow van that had nobody in the drivers seat.

I ran into a dead end. It started driving at me, then suddlenly a type of drill came out the front.

Before it hit me I woke up and started to panic. I started screaming and shouting " get away from me". In the room were my whole family also.

Has this ever happened to you.

Hehe, this has happened to me before. I had a dream where my brother burned all my books. I got so mad ( I <3 my books) and screamed really loud. I felt like my angry scream was ripping through reality. In-fact, it was, my dad came running into the room worried that I screamed. I found it quite funny

After I calmed down. I felt embarased because my whole family was watching.

Aw, don't sweat it It happens to the best of us.

I am very vocal in my sleep and have woken myself up halfway through shouting, swearing and even woke up humming the tune to the amityville horror one time! :-O That scared the hell out of me!!

When I used to live at my moms she used to hear me shouting all the time and thought I was doing it on purpose. But then she would check on me n see that I was sound asleep.

I have even been known to answer people's questions while I am asleep which is weird. My boyf asks me stuff while I am asleep an he says 9 times out of 10 I answer him but I am definitely asleep n I have no recollection of the event when I wake up.
