Long time since I last visited.

Hey folks, it has been a long time since I last visited looking for help. Since then, I have had numerous LD's using I don't know what kind of method, but it seems to work for me. I will share now. It started when I was researching what I know now as SP. I have been having normal SP for quite some time now, but it used to scare me because I would wake up and can't move. Many doctors that I have seen had no idea. It was in forums like this one, that I came to learn that it was a gift, not a bad thing. I have now learned how to use the SP to enter into a LD. Until recently they were really dark, from what I can remember. I would go to bed, fall asleep, then wake up in a SP state. I now wait until I get a falling sensation, then boom I am in a dream. I do the nose plug RC, and off I go. It is SO AWESOME! I just want to thank you all for your help, and keep you updated. I am sure none of you even remember me, but that is OK., You all have helped me tremendously, and I am so grateful that now I am not scared to have awake SP, but look forward to it. I have tried to WILD, and DILD, but can not seem to get it. I guess I just wait for the SP. Talk to you all soon. Thanks again ~JAY AKA MANIN207~

Well I am glad to be back! I am so excited I am starting to have vivid dreams, but they are so alike each one I have, I awake (in a dream) breathe through a plugged nose, "fly" down the stairs open the door, "fly" to my dad's house walk around tell them I am in a dream, and I wake for real. I have had so many of these LD's it's like I get so excited that I am LDing, that that is all I can do lol. I need to work on control I guess.

Haha yea. It's funny on one hand people say that getting too excited will wake you up... but on the other hand, don't you deserve to be excited if you have a lucid dream?! Sounds like you're not having too much trouble getting around though, maybe just work on a list of dream goals and try to remember to do them next time?
