I don't automatically remember them, but I find them easier to remember if I'm lucid at the moment I wake up. For me, It's much easier to remember dreams when I choose to wake up, so it doesn't take me by surprise. |

The lucid dreams I have had I have remembered very vividly because they felt so real. You can train yourself to get better at normal dream recall by keeping a Dream Journal which I keep by my bed. It's filling up fast! I write a couple of sides per night as I remember about 4-5 dreams in the morning. |

I tend to remember the LD best since im most awake then. But it keep hitting me that it might have happen sometimes that i forgot a LD during the night... and that would be the lamest thing! Do actually have a awsome LD, but to forget it like it never happend! |
