      Medation and Dreams

So I can lucid dream and all I got a few questions.

      1. I have tryed that dream spining tryed once with my eyes open one time shut an both times I thought of where I wanted to go no results did I do somthing wrong

      2. I came across a site with medation in it the other night so I tryed it and had a lucid dream that night think that helps you have lucid dreams medation I mean?

      3. If you practice a skill dreaming does it really make you better in real life a skill like golf I mean

Ps. I can fly in dreams

Alright, I'm not bothered about your names...you guys and your poop.

Concerning spinning, I'm not really sure about the answer. Spinning usually used to try and mantain a dream when it's about to fade away.

Meditation, and relaxation are often used as part of lucid dream induction techniques. People often mediatate and then use auto-suggestion techniques, telling themselves that they'll have a lucid dream that night, or whatever.

And finally, learning things, and practising in dreams. Yes, this could make you better at some things. I saw a program on TV a while ago about thinking something over and over in your mind, so that your body will be able to do it more easily when you actually try it. For instance, imagining yourself doing some gymnastics vault over and over, will make you more likely to be successful at it when you actually try. So yes, I'd say that for some things, doing it in a lucid dream might make you better at it.

      Hope some of that helps.

A great tips here is that you actually use the same neuron patterns when you think about a thing, like doing a certain movment, as when you do them physicaly. This idea is higly incorparated in the eastern martial arts where they can sit and do all theyr kung fu movments flawless inside there heads... how else do you think theyre able to do all that flying things?

Combined with lucid dreaming i think the results will be breath taking. And yeah i think you can learn whole new things by doing them in a lucid dream... whats really the differnce between doing them in a lucid dream than in the real world?(except that your not able to fly and all that other things)

As everyone else said, I don't see why it could not if you wanted it to. I have heard several stories of people who wanted to become better at a sport, so they would hypnotize themselves and then visual themselves doing whatever it was they wanted to improve on. Mind you, not practicing it, but visualize actually doing it as they wished they could. Like for example a basketball player might visualize himself shooting & making foul shots (or whatever they are called). So I don't see why it could not also work in an LD, if that is your intention, though in all cases I've read about the improvement through self hypnoisis, the person already had some skills and just wished to improve in certain areas; not gain new skills (all were sports related and they played the sport).

You must concentrate while dream spinning. And not bullshit concentration but really really focusing on lucidity.

Yes meditating 30 minutes before going to sleep can increase your chance of traince. Personally, I gained lucidity in three days by having myself hypnotized by a friend of mine.

YES TO THE HIGHEST EXTENT OF YESNESS!!! I specilize in dream learning and there are countless procedures that you can do that work that will make you better. Let me break that the main ones.

Direct Learning - You have to know how to photoread to do this. You can learn about photoreading at www.learningstrategies.com. Basically you summon all the information you photoread while awake and personify it into a ball of energy. Then put that ball into yourself.

Dream Tutor - After pring or just whenever summon someone who is an expert at golf like tiger woods, have them tutor you, and them personify their skill into a ball of energy and give it to you (I'm real big on the ball of energy thing, it is THE MOST EFFECTIVE technique that works for me)

Dream Practicing - The most obvious that I never use stand alone. Just practice the skill.

Ps. I can fly in dreams
