Thread: Can't REMEMBER!!!!

For past week i can't remember any of my dreams! NONE!! ITS ALL BLACK!!

I wake up i dont remmeber jack!

When i wake up all i remember is black, Nothing, like being in super ultra deep space where your just surrounded by blackness, no light. no nothing, THE ABYSS!

Few ideas.

Wake up in the middle of the night.

Use a mnemonic phrase to boost dream recall.

Write down ANYTHING you remember.

Take some B6 for a boost.

I don't know what B6 is, I dont know what you mean by "mnemonic phrase to boost dream recall"

LOL HOW DO I WAKE UP IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.......

B6 is Vitamin B6, which often helps people remember more dreams.

repeating to yourself over and over as you fall asleep, "I will awake from my dreams and remember them completely."
You have to focus on the words too, for it to be very effective.

I don't feel like waking my parents up in middle of the night

Well i havent been eating very vell last week. so i guess thats why.

Then the phrase should work well.
