Sleep paralysis in the morning question

So quite often i start going into sleep paralysis in mornings after i have woken up but decide to get more sleep. I was wondering if i give in to the paralysis if i could start dreaming again in the morning and become lucid. Because usually i just try to get up after i start getting paralyzed.

If you lay there, close your eyes and stay aware then yes you could start dreaming again. Which would then turn into a lucid dream.

I ALWAYS get it in the morning...I hate the feelings still, I don't get scared but I really want it to stop. I've tried rolling with it but I can never relax enough...

Indeed I get this ALL the time in the morning too. I know it can be hard, but just stop trying to fight the SP and "let go." Try to keep yourself somewhat aware and soon enough you'll plunge into a dream.
