The last full LD I had was probably about a month ago, and it was by far the most vivid, long, and controlled dream I've ever had. Also, I was by far the most clear headed in that dream than in any other dream I've ever had. For a couple months leading up to that, I had been progressing steadily in my dream recall and ability to recognize HI and WILDing and dream signs and all that good stuff. Since then I've sort of dropped off a bit, I think having that dream sort of satisfied my subconscious' desire to LD, and I've been too lazy to write in my DJ. I'm still remembering about 3 dreams per night (assuming I get a normal amount of sleep like 7-9 hours) but I'm too lazy to write them down and forget most of them within a couple days. My normal diet consists of things which assist in LDing (I eat a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, fish, milk) and when I've been trying to eat extra good so that I might have an LD, there's usually a noticeable difference. I'm going to try to recommit myself to LDing over the next couple of weeks and see if I can get back to it, the only things standing in my path right now is my term finals, my post-vacation exhaustion, and an ounce of marijuana.
