MY Birthday

It's my birthday and by god (No offense to anyone) I will have a lucid dream tonight. I posted this to really reaffirm my belief. I want a lucid dream and I WILL HAVE ONE. Thats about it. Will post results tomorrow.

I remembered a thread about that, must've been yours, so I decided I could have one too. ///////// Ok so last night I regret to inform you guys I did not have a lucid dream. However... I had many (3) suspicious awakenings. Which I am shocked to say were false awakenings! They were so real and I was so mad I was not getting sleep so I could have an LD or even recalling my dreams in each awakening that I just shut my eyes each time and went back to sleep. My mind was trying to deliver me an LD! If I would've done some RC's I probably would have gotten several lucids that night. I thing they were FA's because In the first two which were hours apart the time was the same and the last one was far from my actual awakening. So, My first awakening was at 3:38 It was really dark, I spent 2 minutes returning to sleep I eventually drifted off for at least an hour. My second awaking was also at 3:38 It was really dark then too! And my third was also a 4: 38 also dark from the window, but when I awoke for real the clock said 6:00 and the lights of my room were brightly on unlike in the previous awakenings. Were these FA's? I hope so. I set alarms on my phone that cause it to vibrate throught the day, and when they did I would question reality and reality check. What i'm going to do is place this phone in between my two pillows with a timer to vibrate during my rem. Hopefully when i feel the vibratiuon it translates to my dreams and I RC. And a final question (Sorry for the ridiculously long post) my recall sucks so I'm trying to find a non-busy day for me to try a WBTB. Well on one of thoes days I'd like to try my first WILD (Which i have avoided like the plague, because of a childhood experience of sleep parallelization and hypogonic imagery) I wanted to know if not having very good recall would effect my ability to wild and have an LD. So anyway thanks for all the motivation and luck maybe continuing my DJ and the Cellphone RC's will yield results soon.
