My early lucid dreams were frequent, but very short. I haven't had too many lately, but the length is easily 15 minutes now, which is more acceptable. The first tip I have is simply to relax, and realize that dreams don't have to magically end because you got lucid. Some do, I believe, because lucidity is achieved when already waking up. Otherwise, you're in a dream, and should logically stay in a dream. Once when a dream was stable I thought, "Don't wake up, don't wake up, don't wake up" on purpose to see what would happen. Nothing! I knew the dream had no reason to end, so the dream did not. |
