hmm.. what would this classify as..

ok, about 5-10 times a month im out lying on my couch watching T.V. and i get as sleepy as hell, i keep telling myself to stay awake but then everything seems the same but its different. Things that dont happen, happen but im aware of sounds that are real.(eg. whats happening on T.V.) But after a few minutes have passed by something spooks me and im fully awake.(either sumthing i imagine or a sound on the T.V., if it is sumthing i imagine i normally "jump" and im wide awake.)

let's see, I'd classify this as 'almost falling asleep but something wakes me up'. it's nothing...

This happens to me almost every night before going to sleep. It's nothing really. I used to wish it was lucidity, but it isn't, just the in between part.
