      Unhappy I stopped Lucid dreamng?

      Before I even knew about lucid dreaming during my dreams I would suddenly think, "hey I'm dreaming". But this would happen in like my last dream which is usually the shortest. Then after I heard about it and all the techniques such I wanted to try them out and I even told myself that when I looked at my hands I would become lucid. However I had a non-lucid dream that seemed like everyday life. Could this happen because I'm too excited about everything or something?

      Lucid dreaming takes time. It is very lucky if you instantly are able to LD when you want to. Instead, start a dream journal to get your recall up and explore the forums, work your way from there.
