If you were dreaming, then woke up and got yourself back into a lucid dream, then it's a DEILD, which stands for Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream (I think). What seperates DEILDs and WILDs is that when you WILD you're more than likely waking up early in the morning, doing something for a bit of time, and then laying down and attempting to initiate a dream through letting your body fall asleep but keeping your mind awake. DEILDs can be compared to surfing, you're in a dream (on a wave) and fall off. For a second or two you're awake, but then you get back into a dream (get back on the wave). It's like catching REM waves. WILDs can be compared to surfing also, but you just have to wait longer to get on a wave, if that makes any sense at all. |
