So yeah, the past few nights have been scary and fun, I went through trying almost every technique in LaBerge's book, but none of them worked.
But few nights back, I somehow enter SP a lot each night, but learned how to control it? Well it first starts out as I start thinking on how I want to lucid dream so bad, then I Wait roughly 20 minutes thinking on it and resting all parts of my body, tightening and loosening them one by one. Then after 5 minutes of meditating on that, I start to enter a little phase of SP, including some of my limbs twitching, after nights of doing this, I've realized to wait it out. Right now, I make up my mind, if I want to LD tonight, I go through it it, If I don't I just move my body. So I go with it, and I go fully into SP. The Vibrations, hallucinations, but for me it stops in about 3 minutes. (Make sure you have your mind set on a landscape and your body sitting/standing on it while this is happening). After the SP passes, you'll find yourself in the dream, on the landscape you put your mind to. It's all self-explanatory from here..
