      Melatonin?

      I've tried 12mg of melatonin and 2 mg of valeriana root tonight.... Well, I still couldnt fall asleep for about 3 hours... But i had few extremely realistical dreams...

      Anyone knows *how* to make this stuff work the way it is intended to?
      [make me sleep after i hit the bed?]

      Try the caffine and ginseng with it, you are sure to fall asleep at the low.

      Calm tabs

      Happy new year to all!!! -- I have had tried these vitamins called calm tabs. I think they have a combination of some sleep inhancing minerals. But to be honest if valarian root does'nt work for you these may not as well Do you take naps during the day?
