Stabilize as quickly as possibile then relax as much as you can.. I find grabbing on to the nearest thing possible and examining every detail about it works the best. |

I wake up right as I realize my dream sign. I get excited all the sudden that I know this is a dream and that I can control it. So... how do I keep myself from waking up? From getting to excited? |

First few lucid dreams are hard to stabilize due to excitement. You probably won't have to worry about this issue by the time it's your third or fourth lucid dream; you'll be used to it. |

Ive had this problem for a months. I think my issue is that I start to think, "oh this is a dream, that means I have a fake body..." and then in the back of my head I think about how I'm really just lying in bed and I become aware of my 'real' body real quick after that and just wake up. |

There are many tricks to stay in dreams: you can concentrate and focusing something, relax yourself and hold something of the dream like a lampost or a ring. Little by little you'll be able to stay more time in LD's |

It could help if you everytime you do a reality-check look at your hands, and then rub them after the RC. |
