I'm a Christian btw but that’s beside the point for this little idea I've had.

K you know how in a black hole the very center is infinitely dense and infinitely small. Scientists usually describe the center as a singularity also.

Well... the big bang theory says that the universe started as an infinitely small and hot point and that it has been expanding and cooling ever since. This "point" is called the singularity.

When I combined these two ideas an interesting though occurred to me. What if all the black holes grew in mass enough to envelope the entirety of matter and energy in the universe and condensed them into this "singularity”? Perhaps once everything is condensed within this black void a new universe will begin in a separate dimension or place in space-time. And then since there are more than just one black hole is it possible that there would be as many new universes as there are black holes in our universe? Or is it that each black hole will eventually "combine" or "fuse" with the rest and recreate our universe in a new plane/dimension/area in space-time?

I call this cosmic recycling because it implies that the cosmos will be sucked into a new singularity and then possibly "restart" (I find it hard to believe that all of existence is bound to eventually end up as an infinitely small purposeless and meaningless point in the center of a massive void)

What are your comments/thoughts about this idea? I haven’t taken it much deeper than that.

Btw this is my first "actual" post. I intend to make one huge post with a lot of my philosophy and beliefs along with logical reasoning for why I am and who I am in a week or so. Sort of an introduction in one fell swoop so that I don’t have to take so much time in getting into my rut here. Thanks later
