Thread: My first time asleep

Well like i said earlier, i just learned about lucid dreams last night. I work 3rd shift so i was excited to get home to see if I would have a lucid dream. I was only going to be able to get a few hours of sleep. It didn't happen. If i dreamed, I don't remember. Of course i was ssssooooo tired so that probably didn't help. Try again tomrrow i guess. Oh I also told my wife about what I had read and she looked at me like I was crazy ha ha

lol it will most probably take time. you also need to work on your dream recall if u want to actually remember ur lucid.

I know it will take some time. I was just kind of excited about the thought of haveing one. Anyhow i do remember my dreams, quite a bit. It is rare that I do not. Like today, I think sense I only had a few hours to sleep, it wasn't enought o get me into a good deep sleep. I do think I experenced SP because I remeber laying there half awake half asleep and not being able to feel my lower body.
