      finding yourself in dreams.

Has anyone ever found themselves lying in bed in their dream and then lied down and merged with that body and fallen asleep again? This is described in The art of Dreaming which Im sure many of you have read...
Shaman use this technique to have dreams which are even more altered in consciousness than ordinary Lds.

No, it would be a dream about an OBE, but not a real OBE. OBE's is when you are convinced you are awake, and not in a lucid dream.
      Are you dreaming?

One of the main tasks of dreaming is to find your sleeping body. This is where the waking and dream consciousness meet, and can be very beneficial for harmonising the duality of our experience. We are always dreaming but during the day the conscious mind becomes prominent and we become absorbed in the "real world"...
There are dream worlds upon dream worlds and to access these places, which are all locked away in the inner recesses of the mind, there must be increasedcommunication between the conscious and unconscious.

No, I haven,t done it yet but I did become lucid outside my own house and then started running up the stairs to my bedroom, my excitement unfortunately made the dream fade...

If you do manage it however dont wake yourself up...

If I find my body in a dream, 2 alternatives would appear to me, the first would be to merge with the body..

... and the second would be to beat the shit out of my sleeping body just to see what happens

Seriously, i will try to find my body next time i have a LD
