      is rythym napping a good inducer of lucid dreams?

      i have heard many good things about it but have never seen it being talked about that much over here.

      Well I heard a lot of good things about it too but it never worked for me. And the fact that you have to wake up every few minutes is annoying.

      I try to have a powernap everyday after lunch, that's also when I try to get lucid. Where can I find out more about Lucid Napping?
