help look please
right am trying the dream recall and its worked onece befour but the problem im having at the moment is actually getting in a long dream were i have hane to stay in the same area so can someone help and give tips to get in a long dream

you can't really control how long your regular dreams are. You can try to prolong your lucids but that doesn't always work. There aren't really any tips. Please try to edit your posts more.It was confusing trying to understand what you were saying.
