How do you induce lucid dreams?

I was just curious how other people induce lucid dreams. I do MILDs, reality checks, keep a dream diary, do a ton of research during the day on lucid dreaming (or go on the message board here), and eat popcorn before bed.

one good trick I learned from this boards for some months ago was to telling yourself to "Im gonna dream,Im gonna dream" repeat a few times, works like 90% of the times for me. Then I just experiment on my own how to keep myself in the dreams and such...
