Pyridoxine should be taken together with the entire B group vitamins, and in supplementation the quantity of B6 should be nearly the same as B2, as the B 2 is needed to activate the Pyridoxine. [/b]
So does that mean you must be taking B2 for it to work?

I am not sure about this pyridoxin. If it is not produced naturally by our bodies I would Question its validity. I know that our body does not store B vitamins and if you had to take Pyridoxine in order for it to work then we would all be deficiant. Now as far as complemanting its absortoin, that may be another story.
Here is a lot of info on The B vitamin. Vitamin B6
