I had an interesting idea. I was thinking that lucid dreaming could help older kids (as in old enough to understand how to lucid dream) who wet the bed. They could do reality checks right before they use the bathroom (to prevent going to the bathroom in their dreams) and when they're lucid dreaming and they realize they have to go to the bathroom they can wake themselves up! Plus it would help them get into the habit. I think you have lucid dreams more often when you're younger. My friends (12 and 14) lucid dreamed the first day I told them about it. People are always saying that they had a lot of lucid dreams when they were young. I think it could be very useful to learn it when you're young at keep at it throughout your life.
