When you wake up from lets say an 8-9 hour sleep and you feel tired during the afternoon you decide to take a nap, how do you lucid dream? Or even dream at all, because hasn't your REM sleep already gone by? I have always thought of this. Do you guys have success with lucid dreaming while a nap? |

How does lucid dreaming work with naps?
Whenever your thinking, just remember thoughts become things.
Current goals:
-Drive a Ferrari 458 { }
-Go to a different plant { }
-Street race with different cars { }
-Kiss Megan Fox { }

i have nap dreams all the time. you do most of your dreaming during REM sleep, but you can still have dreams when not in REM sleep

When I nap during the day.. I have very vivid dreams... similar to those I have when I wake up in the morning and go back to sleep.
As to HOW to have a lucid during a nap... I don't know... MILD maybe?... I assume a WILD is possible too but would probably take a really long time, unless you fall asleep for a while and don't move upon awakening, ASSUMING you're body will sleep for a little more. Idk, I just confused myself.Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
