I'm confused. If you "wakeup" with your eyes closed, you should be conscientious of what you're doing so as to not roll over. And I'm not seeing the connection between rolling over and forgetting dreams. |

throughout the night as i sleep i wake up after each dream, but instead of waking up with my eyes closed and just lying there still I no matter what immediately roll over onto my side, which makes it hard sometimes to remember my dreams. i dont even have any thought in the matter i just roll over. |

Things are not as they seem
they say when you wake up in the morning to just lye still so you can remember your dreams, but as soon as you start moving it interrupts something in the brain and causes you to forget your dreams. |

Yeah, I often have a similar problem. It's like I'm in such a haze in the morning that I don't remember to try to remember my dream if that makes any sense. It's getting better though, I guess it's just something you have to work on over time. Try coming up with ways to wake yourself up that remind you to lay still. surround yourself with pillows or something. I've never tried it, but it might work. |
