      So i tried it....

      ok so i was so confindent in my self i went to bed rested my body and kept repatiing i will have recogonize im in a dream then i started to say i will LD rtoday and nothing hmm what am i doing wrong does dream recall help at all?

      Dream recall - yes, it does help, if you can't remember your dreams, you won't remember if you are lucid or not! Try keeping a dream journal or somehow record your dreams when you wake up.

      Also - it can take months to have a lucid dream, so keep trying every night. You'll get there.

      I don't know...I have a fucking amazing dream recall...

      But i can't MILD, in years of trying to MILD i only get little success..

      If you cant DILD every night, don't get discouraged. LDing takes patience.

      its so hard to keep with it when im met with such failure...but iknow the ones that ido aquire r that much sweeter
