The only thing that i can think of is to make yourself sit up right when you wake up. If you are sitting up right then i am sure it will be easier. |

ok ive been trying to do wbtb for a few days now and ever time im goin to bed i tell myself, "im gonna do a wbtb" and set a few alarms. then at 3-4 am, i wake up, say fuck it, and go back to sleep. i kick myself when i wake up. any tips to make sure i stay awake? besides drinking a lot of water which im gonna try tonight. thanks in advance |

put your alarm on the other side of the room so that you need to actually get up to turn it off! |

Haha, I have the same problem! It's so weird. For me, it's never a conscious thought; I never remember myself actually thinking 'I don't care', but I always seem to grab the alarm, then without thinking go right back to sleep. |
