What are some of your ways that you get relaxed?
I am trying to WILD, and I need to relax a lot more. So what do you do?
I do the flex-relax thing starting with my feet and moving all the way up. Then, I go back through my body and relax more, imaging myself sinking downwards. One thing I've learned is that I personally carry a lot of tension in my face so don't forget to relax it, too!
