RealTime LDing?

Hey again all, I was just wondering, I had a really long dream last night and it seemed LONGER than the accual time I was asleep. The obvious question is this: are dreams in real time. Can you have a dream that, inside the dream, you have 10 hours of doing stuff, while you are only asleep 8 hours? Just another question, Thanks, ~Time

Just another question, Thanks, ~Time That is easy! If you are good enough, you can make the LD seem longer or shorter. For example, if I want to LD longer, & I only get to sleep for 10 mins, I can cause the time to seem like 2 hours, though if it is any longer, sometimes I wake up w/a start.. If you want to make it go by faster, do it the opposite way, though it is not recommended!

i c...... i have accidentally, as im sure many people have, made my dreams go very fast. I remember one time I was trying to make a lucid dream longer but, i dont really know what happened, but it went by in about a minute, after sleeping for about 8 hours....... i felt really bad that moring.... anyway, thanks for answering my question, it will really help oh ya......where do you post if you finish the dream tasks, ive been trying to find it.....?

I'm not sure about how to do it exactly but sometimes my dreams seem very long and other times they seem really short. There have been a few people here who have claimed to be able to have lucid dreams that last for 100 or so years in a single night but I am a skeptic.

Try summoning a timer,,,,, I did that once and my dream lasted 10x longer than usual

It really is quite simple....all you have to do is be Lucid, & pretty much think of the time passing by, & then depending on which you choose, it will go either fast or slow. It really is that easy.
