I also tried KingYoshi's tutorial. It didn't quite work however I did get some minor hallucinations but after an hour and a half gave up. I can say that KingYoshi's tutorial has helped me progress a little more (as far as attaining lucidity goes). I am going to try it again tonight. Persistence! |

Yeah, I think I'll try it out again tonight, also. |

You should be napping in the morning/afternoon...not at night. You're more likely to have LDs at those times. It's extremely difficult to get LDs in the evening, or when trying to fall asleep at night. Also, with naps I don't think it has anything to do with REM, so I don't think you need to worry about how long you are napping. I've had naps that lasted 10 minutes and I became lucid. |

Who said it was night time? I got up from my nap around 3. |

WILDing is not an easy thing to do at all. It's easy to get some visualizations maybe, but to stay concious while falling asleep? That's no joke. Don't expect yourself to just be able to WILD easily. I've had a few WILDs, but my latest ones (after finding out what they are on here) were successful yes, but only lasted seconds. |
