      Was this SP?

      It happened this morning. Basically, I woke up but couldn't move. There were no hallucination, vibrations, nor was I afraid. In a very strange way when I went to move my arm, it felt like I actually was. Of course, I could see with my own eyes that it wasn't moving. I really can't explain the moving sensation.

      So, was this sleep paralysis?

      Well, my guess is it was. What else could it be?

      Just after you woke up, you couldn't move. Classic SP. And hallucinations don't have to happen every time I think.

      I concur with Toby. Although the lack of vibrations/tingly feeling sounds a little odd, I would still say it's just SP. Nothing to worry about.
