Ive had two lucid dream experiences last weak. Both when i went to bed and hour or so after eating an omega 3/b vitamin supplement. Both where kinda strange as i just went to bed as normal, but thinking about LDs. I fell asleep slowly and kinda but got aware after half an hour or so. This was in a "grey area" erea where i think i was i SP but not dreaming. I realized what was going on and just "went with it" buzzing sound and i started to lucid dream.
Ive read somewhere that LDs right after going to bed is quite rare(as ive read normally u wake up and go back to bed early in the morning or something). So im thinking maybe it had something with my supplement. Sry about bad grammar/english. Plz reply someone
