To me it feels as if I can feel two bodies. Usually rubbing my hands in the dream and focusing on the sensations I feel in the dream will remove the feeling of two bodies. |

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

For me, in the dream everything seems to slow a little. My visuals either fade to black or they fade to reveal my room as I will have opened my eyes. While that's happening...it's kinda hard to put into words, but the closest thing I can think of to describe it is that my dream body falls into my real body like it's a puzzle piece. Everything will fall into place according to where my real limbs are in bed. |

This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
I find that I will feel two bodies as well. I feel like a tingling in my real body (SP going away) and can also feel WL heat. Sadly if I focus on this, I wake up to the back of my eyelids. Rubbing your hands works well (have done it a few times) as it give feeling to your dream body thus stabilizing you. |

Working on: Daily awareness.
Lucid Task: Reverse the flow of a waterfall and ride up it.
It's a pretty strange sensation, how I would describe it is everything slowly fades out, vision gets blurry, the colors slip, eventually I can even hear my own body breathing. The senses just start to disappear. In my LD I was unable to remember any of the stabilization techniques, however when I woke I was able to remember several to do. I tend to lose memory within dreams. |
