      help

      if i wake up at 4.00 AM and then go back to sleep, then in a dream i think: OH! i should RC now. after i did a RC the dream fades. then i have another dream or FA and i do another RC, dream fades. another dream, i RC, dream fades, etc. Its so annoying.

      (no im not overexcited!)

      You are probably just catching your dreams at the end of a REM cycle.
