Thread: shock jolt when im trying to sleep!!

hey people i been gone for a little bit; but i have been active in lucid dreams but something that happens to me once a week or so has been really making think what the hell is happening! about 15 minutes of being comfortable in my bed going to sleep and out of nowhere, ill be like almost in a nice light sleep like im day dreaming and BOOM ill feel like a shock wave go through my body. Its really hard to explain it happens so randomely. Its almost like my body goes to shock for a second just enough to wake me up like i was hit my a bolt. really wierd what can cause this half a second crazyness?!? let me know what u think
