So, I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed that their sleeping position effects dreaming and lucid dreaming?
I've noticed that sleeping on my back (though the most uncomfortable for me) actually increases my chances of becoming lucid and that I definitely have more dreams (or just remember them better) in this position.
I've never become lucid or had an OBE on my side or lying on my stomach, and my dream recall in these positions is really low. However, on my back my dream recall is great. Plus my chance of becoming lucid or having an OBE increases 10 fold when I sleep on my back.
Anyone else noticed that their sleeping position effects their dreams and lucid dreams? Also, why do sleeping positions effect lucid dreaming and dream recall?
