Hi everyone. I have the alarm on my watch go off every morning. Well a few days ago in the morning, morning I was having a good dream, when I heard my watch go off. It sucks that I had to get up..or else I would miss the school bus. In my dream, I heard my watch beeping exactly as it alwasy does, so I waited a second, and (I could feel my body in my bed, but I was still kinda in the dream, it started to fade a little) then I reached over to where my watch was and turned it off. I have a timex expedition, and the beeping is pretty loud. Hmm...so If my watch would of beeped only once or twice, and I didn't have to get up, i would of had an EILD. I didn't even think of not getting up. I simply though dang, time to get up, and got up. I can turn the hourly chime on, where it does two beeps every hour. I tried that to see if I could have an EILD in the night. That morning I was laying on my watch, so it wasn't very loud, just loud enough to get in my dream. Well I tried having the hourly beep on last night, and since I wasn't laying on my watch, it would loud and just startled me awake. So..I think I will try putting it in my pocket tonight. And, does anyone know how long it takes for something to get into your dream. Do you think my watch beeped a bunch of times before I heard it in my dream? I will also have to somehow train myself that when I hear the beep, not to get up automatically. I was lucid for a few seconds, because I thought, "I have to get up or I will miss the bus". It didn't even occur to me that I was lucid and should stay in the dream a while longer. Plus, the longer the watch beeped, the more my dream faded.
