Ok. Hi guys. I need some advice. I have these dreams where I seem to be on a borderline between awake and asleep. Sometimes I'm lucid and sometimes I'm not. I can feel both my dream body and my real body at the same time. I can't act on my own accord in the dream because I know if I attempt to I will wake up. It's like I'm stuck between two worlds. How do I make it so I can fall completely into the dream? I notice this usually happens when I quickly fall into a dream after being awakened several times and returning to sleep quickly. Thanks in advance for your help! |

kinda sounds to me like your describing HI, or dreamlets.

its what happens right as your falling asleep, its a form of HI, just mini dreams that only last a couple seconds. you cant fix it, it happens to everyone

So if the phone hadn't rung and I didn't decide consciously to answer and chose to ignore it so I could remain in the dream, would the dream have continued or would I have decided to wake up anyway? In this instance I consciously decided to leave the dream.
