Last night I had an insane dream, where I was a dog in new york city, anyways, it was pretty cool lol. Anywaysss...so my mom stopped letting my dog sleep in my room because she peed in my little brothers room or something, something weird. Anyways both of my dogs sleep in the same kennel and so when I woke up I stumbled into the bathroom and threw my sheets across my bed, subconsciously noting that my bed sheets were heavy to pull up further over my body, and I went to the bathroom. My mom walks in and said "How was coco?" and I was like eh? and I saw this big lump under my blankets at the end of the bed with part of it moving like she was wagging her tail underneath it, lol. So it's been months since shes been in my room, and I must have felt her or used her as a pillow (I have to hold onto something like a pillow, person, used to be my dog, if I dont its hard for me to go to sleep) and it went into my dream, this happened before but it was with sound, a radio woke me up and that was in my dream, howard stern so you know it was dirty

This is pretty cool, so maybe that bouncy ball technique could work, at least for me? Does this happen to others alot, also I havn't noticed much change in the intensity of my dreams with B-6, I am 220 and take 100 mg, does weight have anything to do with it? Should I up it to 200mg?
