Yay!
Last night I started to get some decent sound hallucinations.
On my iPod I have this thing called Koi Pond which helps you relax and it has sounds of birds and frogs and other forest ambiance.
So when I was trying to get to sleep I suddenly had a thought about those frogs in Koi Pond and I could practically hear the soundtrack that was in Koi Pond. Then I tried to hear the birds. It didn't work at first, but suddenly I started hearing chirping in my head if I focused a little. It was seriously like playing the actual sounds from my iPod, and despite distracting me and allowing me to get sleep fast (without getting an itch and wanting to move or anything) it also helped me relax a lot!

So something I'd like to know is has anyone ever used a sound hallucination and tried to change it or use it for their own benefit, like me when I used my sound hallucinations for better.
