      Can't get past the itchy stage

      Hi, cant seem to get to vibration stage - any tips?

      Hi Rov and welcome to DV. Your problem is not at all uncommon, I have to tell you though that few people conquer it easily. Please have a look in the tutorial section, especially the tutorials on relaxation and WILD. You might find something that can help.
